Join us at the State Theatre for a evening with one of America’s most iconic historical figures.  Michael Bateson of the Ole & Lena Theater Company performs the role of Mark Twain, bringing both skillful acting and well-versed scholarship to the stage.  Come see the author, public figure, world traveler, and river boatman brought to life.  There is no charge to attend this event.

Paintings Display


Stop by the library to see our latest featured display of watercolor paintings!  The paintings were done by members of the group Z-Watercolorists.  All of the paintings are centered around the theme of people reading.  Z-Watercolorists is an an open group of hobby painters that meets every Thursday at 10am in the lower level of Artify.  There are no fees to join the group.  For more information, contact Linda Smith at
